Short version: we use what you send us to answer your request, and nothing else.

What we collect

If you submit the service request form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your town, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message field. If you telephone us we keep the ordinary records any contractor keeps in order to schedule and invoice work.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, schedule a visit, and keep a service history for your equipment. That is the entire list.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked about a broken furnace.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so before they go live.

Getting your details removed

Ring (612) 600-5041 or email service@jloheatingandair.com and ask. We will remove what we are not legally required to retain.
